Pay & Bonuses:

Our company prides itself on offering our staff stable and consistent hourly pay. Majority of our employees are just starting out in the industry, consistent pay gives you peace of mind on slower days. Receiving tips and commission can also supplement your income.

We offer a 6 month bonus, annual raises, performance bonuses, and holiday bonuses.

Paid Vacation:

Our company offers 50 hours of paid time off upon request, and unlimited non-paid requested days off. We also close down twice a year to allow our staff to recoup, reset and recover from our busy seasons.

Sick Time:

Employees are given 32 hours of paid sick leave, and we encourage you to take the time you need to feel better. Health comes first.

Requirements:

Recent graduate of cosmetology school or proven experience as a Hair Stylist

Licensed in Cosmetology in New York or working towards NYS Cosmetology Tests

Answering phones/booking appointments with etiquette

Ability to apply makeup for various occasions

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Must be hospitable

Eagerness to learn and perfect skills

Willingness to keep station and salon tidy

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
