We are a busy shop seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Barber/Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your expertise in hair styling and mens grooming will be essential in helping clients achieve their desired looks. You will also have the opportunity to mentor new stylists and contribute to the overall success of our lounge. Students are also encouraged to apply, we offer training.
*We have ample parking in the front and rear of the building*
Duties
Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client’s needs
Provide scalp massage, hot towels and shaves
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
Assist with front desk operations
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Handle retail sales
Mentor new stylists or barbers by sharing knowledge and best practices in hair care and styling techniques
