Licensed Esthetician (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Our owner is a fellow graduate of Capri Cosmetology and Licensed Esthetician, who understands your craft and your career goals. After years of success running her own studio, she’s now extending opportunities to others who want to grow professionally and eventually build their own book of business.

Skills & Experience
- Perform full-service professional facials (from basic to advanced treatments as trained) tailored to client skin types, concerns and goals
- Educate clients on skincare routines, ingredients, and products to enhance their results
- Explain treatment processes, benefits, and aftercare instructions
- Recommend retail skincare products for at-home maintenance
- Experience in a spa or wellness setting (preferred but not needed)
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to promote services professionally and use online booking tools
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Building and maintaining client relationships
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and tailor each session accordingly
- Maintain professionalism and a client-focused approach
- Keep treatment spaces clean, calm, and organized
- Turn on/shut down treatment rooms as needed
- Check clients in and out of appointments
- Use social media and word of mouth to book clients and showcase your work
Education & Licensing
- Completion of an accredited esthetic or cosmetology program
- Current New York State Esthetician License (required)
- Knowledge of state laws, regulations, and ethical standards
- Active liability insurance
