The Assistant is responsible for building positive guest relationships within the salon, ensuring ease of transition between guests’ hair services, providing exceptional shampoo experiences, as well as assisting with hair color and style services. This is a great opportunity to grow and train directly from the top talent in the hair industry, and develop into a successful stylist or colorist position.
Responsibilities:
- Attend and engage in all hands-on training and education opportunities.
- Provide exceptional and professional guest services.
- Build positive relationships by listening to guests and effectively identifying and meeting their needs with each hair service (including shampoos, glosses, rinses), and assisting artists with blowouts and color applications.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the products and services available to guests.
- Assist with the flow and tidiness of the salon floor, maintaining the visual standards of the salon and backbar area.
