License Required or test scheduled
Hair by Dem & Co. is a luxury hair salon located in Armonk, NY, seeking a motivated, passionate, and professional Salon Apprentice to join our growing team!
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent cosmetology graduate or newly licensed stylist looking to gain hands-on experience, develop their skills, and grow their career in a fast-paced, high-end salon environment.
Responsibilities
Shampoo, condition, and prepare clients for services
Assist stylists with color applications, mixing formulas, and salon services
Perform blowouts and toning services as skills develop
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional salon environment
Sanitize tools, stations, and shampoo areas
Assist with scheduling, answering phones, and pre-booking appointments
Restock products, supplies, and color inventory
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a luxury client experience
Qualifications
New York State Cosmetology License required
Passion for the beauty industry and eagerness to learn
Professional, polished appearance and positive attitude
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Team player who thrives in a busy salon environment
Reliable, punctual, and motivated to grow
