We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic assistant to join The Beauty Box team. You must support our stylists by hustling to deliver excellent service, while maintaining a clean, and professional salon environment.
Not only will you be working hard, you will also be receiving education to further develop your talents and career in the industry through our partners like ARROJO and Wella, alongside our robust in-salon education program.
Responsibilities:
– Support stylists during all phases of client services (shampooing, prepping, toning, blow-drying, etc.)
– Keep the salon spotless and well-stocked at all times
– Provide a welcoming, professional experience for every client
– Learn the ins and outs of salon operations
– Take initiative, stay on your feet, and be ready to pitch in wherever needed
